This year has been very special. We spread this birthday out. Joshua was king for a week. He had a party at school, opened various gifts days before his birthday, had a 321 bounce house birthday with all his friends, a mini birthday evening with his parents on the day of his birthday. It has been great. Everyone got him very thoughtful gifts and of course this year seems to have been the Star Wars birthday theme. There are lego SW guys, SW full size DarthV, blow up light sabors, and a SW Blanket. He is in Heaven. He also got a head lamp for camping and an umbrella - perfect for here.
For his birthday he got some very special gifts from Memere and Gramps - a full size skateboard! From Grandpa Carmon he got an RC race boat set! We are ready for the summer. Nana brought over balloons for the morning of his birthday and that made his day.
Yesterday, we went to see Joshua in his first school produciton - "The Little Read Hen." He was tired but did very good. Sang in the back left center.
