Winter Fun! December 2010

This season has brought us some good times and some challenging weather. We had snow just before Thanksgiving. We have been battling the colds and Stacy is trying to shake a pneumonia bug. The day light is minimal and the yes, it rains a lot. So, with that said we have tried to find some time to have fun. Here are some of the highlights.

We built our tree twice - a string of the built in lights was out. We simply replaced them with a new strand and were back in business.

We got to sled down our street and have a date to go tubing at the ski resort on New Year's day.

Last weekend Uncle Aaron came to Seattle and we went to the Pink Floyd - Rodger Waters concert at the Tacoma Dome. It was amazing!

Yesterday Joshua and I had to get stamps. We went to the post office but it was busy - cars lined out the street. We decided the supermarket would be better. Once there - we got our stamps and were tied into a photo with Santa (at QFC). Now Josh has been practicing - i want a space ship with two guys - and to ask Santa if he was a good boy - (don't send spaceships with two guys please - i think Santa has that covered). At any rate - he did well, was shy at first, but kicked it in at the end just like on "a Christmas story".
